 ** Riders under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian, or have NOTARIZED authorization to ride and to receive medical treatment if necessary. Good idea to bring 2 copies, 1 for track and 1 for medical treatment if needed **

ATTENTION QUAD RIDERS!!  
You must be 13 or older to ride a Quad 4 Stroke or a 200 or a 200cc and you must be 16 or older 
to ride all other quads. 
 ALL QUADS MUST HAVE TETHERS ON THEM!!!
